13３０年経った今、車道と歩道、歩道と建物の間に1列ずつ植えられた緑が、各敷地内の緑地や公園をつないで、「公園の中のまち」を実現。Now, 30 years later, the strips of green, planted between the roads and the sidewalk, and between thesidewalk and the buildings, link together the foliage on each buildingﾕs plot and connect to the park,realizing the "town in a park" concept.30年かけて育てた緑のまち大阪ビジネスパーク（ＯＢＰ）２６ｈａの大規模民間開発であるＯＢＰは、「従来のオフィス街に見られない、公園の中のまちづくり」を理念に、約３０年前に、開発がスタートしました。スーパーブロックと呼ばれる一般的な小街区数ブロック分にあたる大規模な街区割りが特徴で、敷地の半分以上を広場や緑地帯として整備しています。ＯＢＰ独自の建築協定により、街区と道路が接する部分はすべて緑地帯になっています。３０年経った今、緑が育ち、連続した緑となって、道行く人々に「やすらぎ」と「アメニティ」を提供し、大阪城公園と一体となった大阪を代表する都市景観のひとつとして市民に親しまれています。松本　敏広A green town, nurtured over 30 yearsOsaka Business Park (OBP)OBP, a large-scale private-sector development covering 26ha,began around 30 years ago from the concept of "urban developmentin a park, unlike any office district before". This large city zone,dubbed a "super block", as it covers an area equivalent to manysmaller blocks, is a characteristic of OBP, and a majority of the sitearea is given over to plazas and green space. Under a construction agreement unique to OBP, all areasadjacent tothe district, and to roads, were made into belts of greenspace.Now,30years later,the plants have matured into continuousvegetation, providing relaxation and amenityforpeople using the roads.Thegreeneryhas becomeapartofOsakaCastlePark,and is lovedbythecitizens as one of the urbanscenesthatrepresentsthe city.Toshihiro Matsumoto森と水と人が共生する環境創造のまちづくり尼崎２１世紀の森づくり大阪湾に面した尼崎臨海部に、「尼崎２１世紀の森づくり」が始まっています。この地域は、かつて阪神工業地帯の中核を担ってきましたが、その過程でかけがえのない自然を失うとともに、近年の産業構造の変化で工業跡地の遊休地が発生するなど、地域の活力低下が問題となっていました。このような遊休地を活用して、失われた自然環境を回復・創造し、環境共生型のまちづくりを進め、魅力と活力ある地域に再生することを目的に推進している事業として注目を集めています。池田英治Urban development to create environments where woods,water and people coexistThe 21st Century Forest project in AmagasakiThe 21st Century Forests project began from the Amagasakicoastal district that faces Osaka Bay.
