TOPICS世界で評価を受けたNCMのマネジメント技術トヨタ自動車中国研究開発センター コンストラクション・マネジメント業務World Acclaimed NCM Management TechniquesConstruction Management of Toyota Motor Engineering and Manufacturing (China) Co., Ltd.本拠地をスイスのベルンに置くICPMA（International Construction Project Management Association／2003年設立）は、ヨーロッパをはじめとする世界各国でCM/PM業務を実施している組織や個人が属する団体です。そこでは、日々のプロジェクトにおけるマネジメント手法やその成果、問題点などを共有することにより、建設マネジメント業界全体の技術向上を目指しています。　ICPMAでは、卓越したプロジェクトマネジメント手法により秀逸な成果を出したプロジェクトを賞する 「Award Alliance」という表彰制度を2015年より設けています。本年5月25日、カタール・ドーハで開催された「ICPMA Annual Conference」におけるプレゼンテーションを経て、日建設計コンストラクション・マネジメントから応募した「トヨタ自動車中国研究開発センターおよびテストコース」が、「Award Alliance 2016」の最高位であるグランプリに選ばれました。─プロジェクト関係者の良好な関係構築手法を評価する「Award Alliance 2016」「Award Alliance」は、プロジェクトの規模や知名度などによらず、プロジェクト関係者の厚い信頼関係や協力関係に基づいた「最適なプロジェクト運営」、「コスト・品質の的確なマネジメント」、「独創的なマネジメント手法」等を評価する表彰制度で、1834年に設立された世界最大の建築技術者団体CIOB（The Chartered Institute of Building）他の団体が後援しています。１次審査では、世界各地の多種多様な36プロジェクトが通過し、その中から、特に高い成果を残しThe International Construction Project Management Association (ICPMA), founded in Bern, Switzerland in 2003, has individual and organizational members from around the globe involved in construction/project management work. The association works to improve management techniques throughout the industry by sharing successes, results, and issues involved in day-to-day project operations.In 2015 the ICPMA established the Award Alliance to recognize projects that achieve outstanding results using superior project management methods. Toyota Motor Engineering and Manufacturing (China) and Test Track, submitted by Nikken Sekkei Construction Management Inc.(NCM), was honored with the Award Alliance 2016 Grand Prix at an awards presentation ceremony held at the ICPMA Annual Conference on May 25, 2016 in Doha, Qatar. The Award Alliance evaluates “optimum project operation,” “competent management of cost and quality,” “original management method,” etc. based on trusting relationships and cooperation among the parties involved in construction projects regardless of project scale or notability. The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), the world’s largest building engineers’ organization established in 1834, is one of many award sponsors.たプロジェクトに、グランプリ１件、優秀賞2件が贈られました。なお、1次審査を通過したプロジェクトはICPMAの年刊出版物である「Year Book 2016」に掲載され、世界に発信されます。─日本からアジア、そして世界へ通じるマネジメントの実践「トヨタ自動車中国研究開発センターおよびテストコース」においては、日建グループが多くの建設プロジェクトで身に付けた技術や経験をもとに、長年磨きをかけてきた日本式マネジメントを中国江蘇省常熟にて5年間にわたり実践したものです。　この成果は、財団法人日本コンストラクション・マネジメント協会による2014年CM選奨優秀賞、韓国CM協会による「3rd Global CM Contest」優秀プロジェクト賞、そして今回のICPMA「Award Alliance 2016」と、世界に通じるマネジメントとして評価されています。今後も、中国のみならず世界各地において、日本の的確なマネジメントを推進し、クライアントの利益の最大化を支援してまいります。Among projects submitted from around the globe, 36 projects of a wide variety were chosen this year in the first screening performed by the ICPMA committee. Of those, one was awarded the Grand Prix, and two won the Award of Excellence. All 36 projects selected in the first screening will be included in the ICPMA Year Book 2016 published worldwide.The success of the Toyota Motor Engineering and Manufacturing (China) and Test Track project at Changshu, Jiangsu Province reflects five years of work applying the Nikken Group’s particular Japanese management methods, refined through techniques and experience gained by years of working on many construction projects.NCM is proud that its management methods have received this global recognition, as confirmed by this latest award from the ICPMA Award Alliance. It follows the Construction Management Association of Japan’s CM Excellence Award and the Outstanding Global CM Project award in the 3rd Global CM Contest held by the Construction Management Association of Korea (CMAK), both in 2014.
