12ニュースNews「中之島図書館と野口孫市の建築術」展の開催“The Nakanoshima Library and the Architecture of Magoichi Noguchi” Exhibit来る10月26日（水）─11月30日（水）、大阪府立中之島図書館において、「中之島図書館と野口孫市の建築術」展を開催いたします。野口孫市は、現在の日建設計の源流である、1900（明治33）年に設立された住友本店臨時建築部の初代技師長であった建築家です。　この展覧会は二部構成で、第1部では「中之島図書館」について、第2部では「住友家須磨別邸」「伊庭貞剛邸」など野口が設計したプロジェクトについて、そこで駆使された建築術を紹介する予定です。また、会期中には、JIA建築家大会2016大阪（10月27日─29日）や「生きた建築ミュージアム フェスティバル大阪2016」（11月5日、6日）なども開催され、この時期の大阪は、建築月間の様相を呈することになります。　お近くにお越しの際は、水と緑に映える中之島に佇む大阪府立中之島図書館に、ぜひお立ち寄りください。The exhibition “The Nakanoshima Library and the Architecture of Magoichi Noguchi” will be held at the Osaka Prefectural Nakanoshima Library (former Osaka Library) from October 26 to November 30, 2016. Noguchi was the founding architect who led the Sumitomo Corporation provisional architectural division set up in 1900 that later became Nikken Sekkei. The exhibit is divided into two parts, the first featuring the “Nakanoshima Library” and the second presenting various buildings to which Noguchi’s tectonics contributed such as the former Sumitomo Family villa in Suma and the Teigo Iba House. The Japan Institute of Architects’ “Annual Convention 2016 in Osaka” (October 27–29) and the Living Architecture Museum Festival Osaka 2016 (November 5–6) will coincide with the exhibition, making Osaka the center of architecture-related events during the October-November period.
