Here we introduce a selection of notable projects completed this year. 旧名古屋中央郵便局敷地を含む一帯における、日本郵便と名工建設共同でのオフィス開発プロジェクトです。運営を日本郵便が中心となり推進するプロジェクトであり、日建グループはその運営支援に取り組みました。名古屋におけるオフィスマーケットや建設の特殊事情を考慮し、既存の超高層オフィスや、同時期に竣工する他の超高層オフィスビルと競うことが可能なオフィスビルの完成を目指しました。日建設計が都市計画コンサルおよび基本計画を実施し、NCMがその後の基本設計段階から工事段階、さらに開業後のテナント工事期間に至るまで、事業者グループのプロジェクト運営事務局の機能を補完するコンストラクション・マネジメントを実施しました。This is a redevelopment project for an amalgamated site including the former site of the Nagoya Central Post Office; it is a joint project between Japan Post and Meiko Construction Co., Ltd. The Nikken Group worked to support Japan Post in this, their first independent office development project. We aimed to create an office building to effectively compete with other super high-rise office buildings, taking into consideration the market for office space in Nagoya, both existing and due for completion around the same time, as well as the specific construction conditions prevalent in the market.
