製品評価技術基盤機構 グローバル認証基盤整備事業 大型蓄電池システムの性能・安全性の試験評価拠点整備NITE: National Institute of Technology and EvaluationImproving the Hub for Testing and Evaluation of Large-scale Energy Storage System Performance and Safety 世界最大規模の大型蓄電池システム試験評価施設等の整備事業です。プロジェクトの性質上、コストの透明化・品質の確保・コンプライアンス上の説明責任などが強く求められ、民間マネジメント技術（CM）の導入に至りました。短工期でのスケジュール・マネジメント、開業日の順守、プロジェクト全体の工事費の適正化等さまざまな課題がある中で、NCMは、基本計画段階から工事段階、移転を含めた総合的なマネジメントを実施しました。Private-sector management techniques were adopted for improvement of testing and evaluation facilities for one of the world’s largest energy storage systems. The project demanded transparency concerning costs, quality assurance, and compliance accountability. Addressing such issues as schedule management in a short construction period, strict adherence to opening day schedule, and optimization of overall construction costs for the project, NCM successfully provided comprehensive management of the project from the basic planning phase to the construction phase through handover and occupancy. NCMNCM長野市第一庁舎および長野市芸術館建設事業 市民サービスの向上と防災・災害復興拠点機能の強化Nagano City Hall Bldg. 1 & Nagano City Arts Center Improving Municipal Services and Enhancing the Functions of Disaster Prevention and Disaster Recovery Headquarters本事業は、市民サービスの向上と防災・災害復興拠点機能の強化を目指し、合併特例債を活用して2015（平成27）年3月末を竣工期限として建て替えを行った市庁舎および芸術館の建設事業です。NCMは、実施設計段階から竣工に至るまで、コスト・工程管理をはじめ、膨大な関係者間の調整を含むCM業務を実施しました。スケジュールに関しては、東日本大震災の影響による資機材不足や、免震性能偽装による装置交換などの遅延リスクも発生しましたが、事業主と一体になって取り組み、無事の運用開始を実現しました。This project involved the construction of an art center and reconstruction of city government offices to improve city services and enhance disaster prevention and recovery headquarter functions. NCM was in charge of the construction documentation phase through construction completion, providing CM services such as cost and scheduling management, and coordination of a large number of parties.
