To bring this concept to reality, we considered the entire building as a single, three-dimensionally integrated space unencumbered by security lines. The center of this integrated space is the “Dance Floor” where designers and engineers can hang out, mingle, and communicate within a dynamic atrium space. Various devices are used to activate the minds of the designers and engineers. The space is equipped in such a way that these can be customized to suit individual prefer-ences and use. Work spaces were designed by imagining the new work styles this space will nourish. Our hope is that the Yamaha Design Center will be the platform to enable a new generation of fresh innovation.112017 AUTUMN32FEATURE
