Photography｜Portrait: 提供 こどもみらい探求社／Courtesy Kodomo Mirai Tankyushaこどもみらい探求社とNADは、これまで「WORKSTYLING with KIDS」をはじめ、子どもとの関わりを通じて、社会によりよい変化をもたらすための試みに協働してきました。これまでの取り組みについて、同社代表の小竹氏と小笠原氏に寄稿いただきました。─私たちは、自身の保育士スキルと、さまざまな企業さまの強みをコラボレーションすることで、子どもや家族にとっていい環境を創るという、新しい仕事を展開しています。NADの皆さんとの出会いは、2015年に横浜で開催された地域課題を解決することをテーマとしたイベントでした。ちょうどそのころ、「子ども」をキーワードにしたプロジェクトがNAD内で動くタイミングだったそうです。意見交換をしていくと、“大人だけではなく、子ども視点も加えた社会づくりをしたい” という共通点が見えました。目指したいもの・大事にしていることが同じであるということが分かり、「協働していこう！」と話が進んでいきました。協働する中で印象的なのは、目的を確認しあった上で、関わるメンバーの性格、特性、得意分野などの“個性”をそれぞれ活かし合えたという点です。ゴールに向かって、チーム一丸となり、その都度本音でやりとりができましたし、このような関係性は協働する上で、一番大切なことだと感じています。また、NADの皆さんの働く姿勢──仕事だから、ではなく自身が本当に楽しんで打ち込む姿、向き合う姿には、いつも刺激をいただきます。　NADは、今後も一緒に社会をデザインしていきたいパートナーですし、これまでにない分野や企画なども一緒にチャレンジしていきたいです。NADとのお仕事は、楽しいだけでなく、新しい学びが多いんです。加えて、打ち合わせで意見を出すと、その後すぐ、優れたデザイン性をプラスして、アウトプットしてくださいます。これは、私たちだけではできないことです。これからも遊び心を大切にしながら、社会がより良くなるために、ともに仕掛けをしていきたいです。The Kodomo Mirai Tankyusha and NAD have collaborated on experiments for fostering positive changes in society through relationships with children including the “WORKSTYLING with KIDS” project. We asked Ms. Megumi Kotake and Ms. Mai Ogasawara to write about their activities.─We run a new kind of business to create better environ-ments for children and families with the collaboration of various corporations and our skills as childcare specialists. We worked with NAD in 2015 during an event focusing on regional issues in Yokohama. We were fortunate to meet them at a time when NAD was starting a project with “children” as the keyword. During our conversation, it became clear that we both wanted to add the view of children in the design of society. Since we shared the same purposes and priorities, it was natural to start working together. We were impressed that we each were able to respect each member’s personalities̶unique qualities and strengths̶once we affirmed our mutual goals. We moved towards our goal as one, and were able to have genuine and meaningful engagement as a team, the par-amount asset in teamwork. We were also inspired by the way people at NAD work; they don’t do it as a “job”; but they real-ly believe in and are vested in what they are doing. We want to go on creating designs for society with NAD as a partner. Together we want to challenge new fields and devise new proposals. Not only is working with NAD enjoy-able; we learn a lot when we work with them. When we express an idea at a meeting, NAD immediately comes up with a solution with excellent design qualities. This is some-thing we can’t do ourselves.
