大阪・千里中央の駅前に位置する、商業、文化、住宅が一体となった複合施設です。商業施設は、同敷地で地域に愛されてきた旧よみうり文化センター（1977年竣工）の外装イメージを継承し、温かみのある色調のタイル打ち込みPC板を採用しました。駅と施設を直結するデッキ、歩道橋の再整備が施設の事業者によって合わせて計画され、千里中央地区の歩行者ネットワークの拡充も図っています。A mixed-use complex combining commer-cial, cultural, and residential facilities is located in front of the Senri-Chuo station in Osaka. The warm colors of the tile-clad precast concrete panels carry on the image of the old, fondly remembered Yomiuri Cultural Center (completed 1977) that previously stood on the site.
