地形と緑がつくるTOD複合建築Mixed-Use Complex Shaped by Geography and Greenery上海緑地中心／徐滙緑地繽紛城 Shanghai Greenland Center / “Greenland Being Funny” 地下鉄駅を中心とした緑の大きな谷状地形を創出し、地下から屋上まで賑わいを連続させました。オフィスやサービスアパートメントの環境性も重視したTOD（Transit Oriented Development／公共交通指向型開発）複合建築です。　都市化が進む上海中心部で約2万m2の緑化を行いながら、機能に合わせて地形をデザインすることで、内部と外部、都市と緑の関係性を多彩に演出しています。This TOD (transit oriented development) project establishes offices and serviced apartments on a distinctive podium level that creates a man-made green valley topography over a subway station, and a continuous flow of lively activity from underground to rooftop.
