Photography｜パイオニアグループ／Pioneer LCCモスクワの郊外における総延床面積60万m2に及ぶボタニチェスキーサッド地区開発の第一弾です。全体マスタープランから基本設計、工事段階のデザイン監修を一貫して担当しました。地下鉄とモスクワ環状鉄道が交わる駅に地下道で直結し、将来は駅南側に計画中の複合開発とも結ばれます。日本とロシアの文化が交わり、駅を中心に新しい“Life”が生まれました。This is the first phase of a 600,000 square- meter development on the outskirts of Moscow, for which the Nikken Group provided comprehensive overall master planning, architectural concept and schematic design and construction stage design supervision. Connected directly to the interchange station of the Kaluzhsko-Rizhskaya Metro Line and the Moscow Central Circle Line, the project is to tie into a future development complex being planned south of the station.
