近年、経済成長の著しいフィリピン・マニラ首都圏のボニファシオ・グローバル・シティ（BGC）地区に位置する、住宅と商業の大型複合開発プロジェクトです。現地の大手不動産企業フェデラルランドが開発した10haのグランド・セントラル・パーク地域の一部で、野村不動産、三越伊勢丹ホールディングスが共同で開発に取り組んでいます。　低層部に日本での小売事業のノウハウを活かした商業施設を、低層部屋上に日本の四季をテーマにした約1万m2の住宅共用部を設けています。4本の高層タワーは、日本の伝統、シンプルさ、機能美を組み合わせた外観とし、スケルトン・インフィルや日本の住宅設備機器を備えた約1,400の住戸より構成されています。The Nikken Group is providing design ser-vices for a large-scale, mixed-use residential and commercial development project locat-ed in Bonifacio Global City within the met-ropolitan area of Manila, Philippines, the scene of remarkable economic growth in recent years. Undertaken by Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings Ltd., the joint project is part of the 10-hectare Grand Central Park developed by Federal Land, a major Filipino real estate company. The podium is planned incorporating Japanese retail knowhow while the roof-top of the podium provides about 10,000 square-meter of common space for the residences above, landscaped with the Japanese theme of four seasons. Atop the podium sit four residential towers. Their facades express a traditional Japanese com-bination of simplicity and functional beau-ty.
