中之島の歴史・文化・芸術を醸成するツインタワーTwin Towers on Nakanoshima Distill History, Culture, and Art中之島フェスティバルタワー・ウエスト／コンラッド大阪 Festival Tower West / Conrad Osaka中之島フェスティバルタワー（東地区、2012年竣工／全景写真の左）と並ぶ本タワーの竣工により、国内最大級のツインタワーが完成しました。オフィス・美術館・ホール・店舗に加え、高さ200mの眺望を享受するラグジュアリーホテル・コンラッド大阪が誕生。地下広場をターミナルとした2駅と地下街との公共ネットワークを形成し、四ツ橋筋沿道には多目的なイベントに対応した大ピロティ空間を設け、美術館やホールなどの屋内施設にとどまらない都市の文化的賑わいを創出しました。The completion of Festival Tower West (at right in accompanying photograph) adja-cent to the Nakanoshima Festival Tower (east side, completed in 2012) brings into being one of the largest twin high-rise com-plexes in Japan. In addition to a museum, a multipurpose hall, offices, and shops, the structure houses Conrad Osaka, a luxury hotel with panoramic vistas from a height of 200 meters. A public pedestrian network connects the building to an underground shopping street that stretches between two subway stations and terminates at an underground plaza.
