麻布十番、首都高速環状線に近接した三田エリアに建つ、住友不動産のテナントオフィスビルです。単純矩形の貸室を確保したうえで、階と階の間のスパンドレル部分を三角形のバルコニー状にランダムに張り出させた外観デザインとし、オフィスから周辺マンションへの見下ろしの視線を遮るとともに、足元のピロティ回りの風環境改善に配慮しました。This tenant office building for Sumitomo Realty and Development was built in the Mita area near the Shuto Expressway and Azabu Juban. While the tenant office spaces are rectangular, the eye-catching exterior is made up of triangular balconies apparently randomly projecting from the spandrel spaces between floors.
