上智大学のキャンパス機能の再編とグローバル化の拠点とすることを目的とした、低層部に大学施設、高層部にテナントオフィスを重ね合わせた複合施設です。既存の高層棟と対をなしキャンパスの顔を創出する高層棟と、周囲の都市コンテクストに応えた低層棟を一体の外観でまとめることで、ソフィアタワーが都市とキャンパスの接点となることを目指しました。As the hub of Sophia University’s efforts to globalize and reorganize its campus func-tions, the building complex houses univer-sity facilities on the lower floors and tenant offices on the upper floors.
