By using head-mounted display units (HMD) that enable close-to-reality visualization, a more realistic view of the designed spaces can be shared. (Lumion Competition 2017 Video Creation Award)竹セルロースナノファイバー（竹CNF）活用製品の性能評価事業Performance Evaluation of Bamboo Cellulose Nanober (Bamboo CNF) Products鹿児島県薩摩川内市の地域資源である竹を用いた「竹CNF」を、熱の出入りが大きい部位に「建材」として活用したときの遮熱・強度の相乗効果の実証と、既築集合住宅への実装によるCO2削減効果の検証を行います。この取り組みは環境省の平成29年度の委託業務に採択されました。e evaluation demonstrated the synergistic eects of thermal insulation, strength, and CO2-reducing eect of building components produced using CNF made from bamboo grown in Kagoshima prefecture. is project was done under a 2017 Ministry of the Environment contract.竹紙を活用した「手帳」のデザインDatebook Design Using Bamboo Paper放置竹林対策、国産竹の有効活用を目指し、竹紙を用いて弊社のオリジナル手帳をデザイン・制作しました。コーポレートカラーの濃紺で全体を覆い、大阪オフィスの内装で採用した竹工芸の伝統技法「やたら編み」を表紙のモチーフにしました。また、表紙裏にはホームページの2次元バーコードを配しています。ese original-style datebooks were designed and produced with the aim of utilizing oen-wasted domestic bamboo resources. e covers are the dark-blue Nikken Housing System color and feature the traditional bamboo-cra weave motif used for the interior decor of the Osaka oce. On the inside back cover is a 2D barcode for viewing the company website.ワークウェアプロジェクトさまざまな機能をもったポータブルウエアの開発Work Wear Project: Development of Multi-functional Easy-to-carry Work Wear「家のようなウェア」を開発コンセプトとし、透湿性・防水性があり軽くて強靭な建材である「タイベックシート」を活用した、ポータブルなウェアの開発プロジェクトです。現在、商品化に向けてプロジェクトが進行しています。e division designed easy-to-carry work wear, developed on the concept of “apparel as dwelling,” made from a construction material called Tyvek, a light-weight, moisture-permeable, water-proof material. e project is currently moving towards commercialization.下記の2次元バーコードより、「Lumion コンペ」出展作品をご覧いただけます。See the 2D barcodes below to view the works exhibited at the Lumion Competition.従来の集合住宅の設計監理業務にとどまらない、新規ビジネスの創出に向けたさまざまな取り組みを行っています。代表的なプロジェクトとしては、木造集合住宅の実現を前提とした調査およびプロトタイプの研究や、新素材を活用した建材開発など、「住空間のデザイン」という切り口で、シニア系施設や宿泊施設といったさまざまな用途や複合建築の企画・設計に取り組んでいます。I3 Design Division works to create new businesses beyond designs for multi-unit housing, including investigation and prototype research for wood-frame multi-unit housing and development of new build-ing materials. The division plans and designs a variety of other types of buildings and complexes, such as residences for seniors and lodging facilities.I3デザイン室I3Design Division従来のCGによるプレゼンテーションだけではなく、VR（Virtual Reality）構築、CFD（Computational Fluid Dynamics）解析によるシミュレーション検討など、BIM（Building Information Modeling）を活用した、新たな切り口から設計のバリューアップを実現します。最近では、クライアントのエンドユーザーへ向けた営業支援ツールの作成や、建替えプロジェクトにおける合意形成支援のためのアニメーション作成の依頼も受けています。In addition to creating presentations using computer graphics, the division aims to increase the value of design by proposing new ways of using building information modeling (BIM), including studying simulations such as virtual reality (VR) construction and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis.
