Nikken Sekkei was involved in all parts of Russia’s first major TOD for the station: the Life Botanichesky 1 and 2 housing developments, an international school, Yauza-river bank revitalization, and the mixed-use Botanica complex, in various stages of construction. The new “Life” brand devised distinctive designs incorporating Japanese culture and public spaces with themed identities for each site.モスクワ市北部、メトロと環状鉄道が交わるボタニック・ガーデン駅周辺では、大規模住宅開発“Life Botanichesky 1, 2”と、学校およびヤウザ川整備、そして商業などからなる複合開発“Botanica”が駅を取り巻くように進められ、順次竣工していっています。日建設計は、このロシア初の本格的TODの全プロジェクトに携わりました。日本文化を取り入れた建築デザインと、敷地の特色を活かしたテーマ性のあるパブリックスペースが強い個性となり、まちに開かれたまったく新しい“Life”ブランドが誕生しました。Client : Pioneer LCCCo-architects : Nikken Space Design and Nikken Housing SystemTarget Project Area─ 6.4ha S=1:40,000 |Station as Destination0200m142018 SUMMER35Feature | WORKS
