自然環境豊かな学校美しいヤウザ川沿いに延びる約200mの低層建物が、Life住民のための幼稚園と小学校です。上階には展望テラスやヤウザ川の観察デッキも設置しました。周辺の充実した整備計画により、工事中にインターナショナル・スクールに指定されました。2018年秋には初入学式が行われる予定です。外観は住宅棟との統一感を表し、建物内の目的地別に複数設置した煉瓦による特徴的な入口が、子どもたちを誘導します。School in a Lush Green EnvironmentWith a view terrace and an observation deck overlooking the Yauza River, the low-rise kindergarten and elementary school building for the “Life” residents extends approximate-ly 200 meters along the river. It was designated as an inter-national school during construction, and its first students are expected in fall 2018. The exterior of the building was designed to harmonize with the residences, while distinctive brick gate motifs placed at various destinations guide chil-dren’s movements.コンセプトを現実にするコミュニケーションボタニック・ガーデンTODではすべての現場がオーバーラップして動いています。2018年6月現在、Life-1は一部竣工、学校は竣工前、Life-2は躯体工事中です。デザインコンセプトを実現するには、ワークショップなどを通じて関係者間のビジョンを統一することと、各現場との密な連絡が不可欠です。モックアップを通して素材決定やディテール確認を行い、コミュニケーションを大切にして、遠いモスクワと日本をつないで現場監修を行っています。Communication to Bring Concepts to RealityConcurrent construction at various sites is one character-istic of the Botanic Garden TOD. As of June 2018, Life 1 is partially completed, the school is almost operational, and framing is underway at Life 2. A unified vision among the stakeholders, nurtured through workshops and close com-munication with each site, is essential to realizing the design concepts.
