アーバンコアとペディストリアンデッキが生み出す立体公共ネットワークガイドラインで定めた歩行者ネットワーク実現のため、地上2階に全街区をつなぐペディストリアンデッキを設けて歩車分離を図り、街区間の4つの結節点に地下3階からデッキレベルまで連続するアーバンコアを配置することで豊かな立体的公共空間を創出します。4つのアーバンコアは、それぞれ特徴的な造形と空間体験によって人々の上下移動を活発化し、デジタル技術を用いた情報発信とアートの融合により、メディアポートのシンボルとなることを目指しています。Dynamic Integration of Urban Core and Pedestrian Decks Create Three Dimensional Public NetworksIn order to create the pedestrian network envisioned in the project guidelines, decks were proposed connecting the entire complex at the second-floor level to separate pedes-trian and automobile traffic, while placing a set of four urban cores for vertical connectivity of the three under-ground floors with the decks.
