1 : 有楽町側から見た全景。「Dancing Tower」をコンセプトに、舞踏会で踊っている女性のドレスをモチーフにした、周辺建物と調和するタワーデザイン。2 : 緑豊かな日比谷公園や皇居を目前とする眺望に恵まれた、ヒューマンスケールの屋上庭園「パークビューガーデン」。3 : 「劇場空間都市」というコンセプトでつくり込んだ象徴的なアトリウム。日比谷のまちの優雅なイメージをインテリア空間にも引き込み、日比谷ならではの空間体験をつくり出すことを意図した。イベント時は劇場さながらの雰囲気になる。1 : Overall view of the Yurakucho area side of the building. Harmonized with the surrounding buildings and inspired by the association with ballroom dancing, the design evokes the aring skirt of a dancing woman.2 : Park View Garden is a human-scale rooop garden directly facing the lush greenery of Hibiya Park and the Imperial Palace grounds.3 : e symbolic atrium is designed on the concept “Dramatic Urban Space.” A spatial experience distinctively “Hibiya” is created by bringing the elegant atmosphere of the district into the building.
