建築主 ： 西安万科企業 有限公司共同設計 ： 中国建築設計研究院所在地 ： 中国 陝西省西安市延べ面積 ： 84,707m2Client : Xi’an VankeCo-architect : China Architcture Design & Research GroupLocation : Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, ChinaTotal oor area : 84,707m2Nikken Sekkei中国大手デベロッパー・万科企業の西安支社が初めて手がける、オフィスと商業の複合施設です。「分節」「テラス」「屋上緑化」をコンセプトに、各ボリュームにスリットを設け、屋上部分にテラスを配置し、憩いや対話の場が随所で生まれるワークプレイスを創出しました。外装は、奥行きの異なる縦ルーバーにより日射量を最適化するとともに、統一感のある外観デザインにリズムをもたらします。また、多様な外部空間を挿入することで、都市に対して人の活動が表れる外観としました。This is the first mixed-use facility housing offices and shops built by the Xi’an branch of the major Chinese real estate developer Vanke. “Segments,” “terraces,” and “rooftop greenery” are key design themes of the project. Each architectural volume features “slits” creating opportunities for rooftop terraces in various locations. Easily acces-sible places specifically for relaxation and communication are included to support the workspaces. Vertical louvers set at different depths allow for optimization of exterior light and give a unified rhythm to the exterior of the volumes.
