Photography｜篠澤建築写真事務所／SHINOZAWA Architectural Photo Office大崎副都心に1フロア1,630坪のメガオフィスMega Offices with 5,388 Square-Meter Floorplates in Tokyo’s Osaki Subcenter西品川一丁目地区第一種市街地再開発事業施設建築物（Ａ街区） 住友不動産大崎ガーデンタワーSumitomo Fudosan Osaki Garden Tower約3.9haの広大な土地に展開された大規模複合開発で、デベロッパーは住友不動産。中央には、新たな防災拠点としての役割を担う広大で緑豊かな広場を整備しました。タワーのファサードやエントランスホールは、大崎の新しい風、新しい波をイメージし、緩やかで伸びやかな曲線でデザイン。10.8mのロングスパンと奥行き21mの無柱空間で、都内最大級のメガフロアオフィスを実現しました。This large-scale mixed-use building is erected on a spacious, nearly 4-hectare site for real-estate developer Sumitomo Fudosan. The building has a large, lushly landscaped plaza at its center, planned to serve also as a new disaster relief center. The gentle and flowing curves of the facade and in the entrance hall evoke the image of “new winds” and “new waves” emanating from Osaki.
