Photography｜篠澤建築写真事務所／SHINOZAWA Architectural Photo Office働き方×働く場──ふたつが融合した研究所Research Center to Harmonize Workplace with Workstyle明治イノベーションセンター Meiji Innovation Center創業100周年を機に、明治のすべての研究開発機能を統合した研究所です。コンパクトな正方形プランの中央にコミュニケーションエリア、その外周にデスクエリア、最外周にラボエリアを配置し、三重のレイアウトとしました。中央のコミュニケーションエリアからは4方向への見通しを確保し、居心地の良い空間が研究者同士を密接につなぎ、融合を生み出します。Celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding, the Meiji Group of food-and health-related enterprises unified all of its research and development functions in this one building. The compact, square plan is laid out concentrically. Communication areas are created in the center, surrounded by desk areas. The laboratory areas occupy the outer perimeter.
