6,400mm3,200mmまちに対してオープンに、社会参加・交流により自立支援介護を目指すElder Care Supporting Self-Reliance and Engagement with Societyウェルケアガーデン深沢 Wellcare Garden Fukasawa駒沢オリンピック公園の近く、緑が豊富で閑静な住宅街に位置する全96室の有料老人ホームです。クライアントの介護思想「自立支援介護」は、寝かせきり・ありのままの他律的介護ではなく、入居者の意欲と活力を取り戻し、自立を支える介護です。入居者の自立は、介護士の負担を減らし、より良質な介護サービスの維持につながるなど介護の好循環を生み出します。この計画では、建物と広場をまちに対して開き、積極的に地域とのつながりをもつことで、入居者の活力と活動性を高め、自立を促すことを意図しています。This 96-unit private nursing home is locat-ed in a quiet, green residential area near Komazawa Olympic Park. As indicated by its maxim̶“elder care for self-reliance”̶this nursing home encourages residents’ efforts to maintain their interests and ener-gy and supports their self-reliance. Resident self-reliance sets in motion a favorable care-giving cycle that helps reduce the burden on staff and assure good-quality service.
