Both interior renovation and seismic retrofit construction work were completed within six months. NCM was in charge of require-ments management, project and construc-tion management starting with contractor selection and covering the building to the completion phase, as well as supervision The newly renovated and rebranded Hotel the Celestine Tokyo Shiba opened in November 2017. NCM, together with Nikken Space Design, collaborated with the client, hotel management, designers and builders in organizing the planning for smooth work on the project as a whole.
