NEWSサンクトペテルブルクの国際設計コンペにて選定Nikken Sekkei Wins St. Petersburg International Design Competition2020年3月、ロシア有数の石油企業ガスプロムネフチ本社ビルの国際設計コンペにて、日建設計の提案が選ばれました。 敷地はサンクトペテルブルクの中央を流れるネヴァ川に面し、エルミタージュ美術館などが並ぶ歴史地区の対岸に位置します。提案は、「Crystal Vessel」と名づけられた高さ28mの2棟からなる複合施設と、ネヴァ川を見渡す市民に開放される広場により構成されています。 7つの国際的な設計事務所が招待された2段階方式のコンペで、4者が最終ステージに進みました。Nikken Sekkei won the competition to design the international headquarters build-ing for Gasprom Neft, a leading Russian Oil Company, in March 2020. The building site faces the Neva River flowing through the center of St. Petersburg, and is located across the river from the historical district where the State Hermitage Museum stands. Nikken Sekkei’s design is composed of a complex, named “Crystal Vessel,” composed of two 28-meter high buildings and a plaza overlooking the river that will be open to the public. Seven companies from around the world were invited to participate in the two-stage competition, and four companies were selected for the final stage.ゼロエネルギーの木製クールスポット COOL TREE LITEを千代田区飯田橋に初設置Zero-energy Outdoor Oasis Made of WoodFirst Installation of Cool Tree Lite in Tokyo’s Iidabashi 太陽光発電と国産間伐材を活用し、真夏の屋外公共空間に涼しさを提供するエコ・クールスポット装置「COOL TREE LITE」を、2020年3月に東京都千代田区飯田橋にあるアイガーデンエアに試験設置しました。 この装置は、2018年に株式会社日建設計、銘建工業株式会社、株式会社光栄、株式会社村田製作所の4社により開発した「COOL TREE」（第31回 電気設備学会賞 技術部門優秀開発賞受賞）のコンパクト版です。都会の街並みにより適合するサイズと形状を考慮し、約4m四方の「COOL TREE LITE」を2019年に開発しました。Fueled by solar energy and made with domestic timber from thinning of forests, a facility called “Cool Tree Lite” was developed to provide an oasis of cool against midsummer heat in outdoor public spaces and installed experimentally at the I-Garden Air building in Iidabashi, Chiyoda ward, Tokyo in March 2020. Cool Tree Lite is a compact version of “Cool Tree,” the oasis facility jointly developed in 2018 by Nikken Sekkei, Ltd., Meiken Lamwood Corporation, Ltd., Koei Co., Ltd., and Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and awarded the Institute of Electrical Installation Engineers of Japan’s 31st Outstanding Development Prize in the Technology Division.
