Photography｜1–3：野田東徳［雁光舎］／Harunori Noda [Gankohsha］／4–6：長谷川健太／Kenta HasegawaCAMPとはWhat is a Camp?ビジネスの種を見つけ、ビジネスモデルを練り上げ、形式化、ノウハウ化し、三井物産としての新たな企業価値を高めていくための場。知識創造プロセスの実践を支援する環境であり、メインのCAMPは3種類ある。仲間との共感、暗黙知の共有のための「SOCIAL」、戦略を練り上げるためチームワーキングに適した「CO‐WORK」、実践したビジネスの経験を内省し思索を深める「FOCUS」。この異なるタイプのCAMPを16階から28階の基準階にかわるがわる配置。上下階に移動すると、違うタイプのCAMPがある（25階のみデジタル・トランスフォーメーションに取り組む「d.space」）。［CAMP共同設計・家具設計：インターオフィス＋SIGNAL Inc.］ e Camp areas of the o ces are intended to increase the corporate value of Mitsui and Co. by encouraging its people to seed new business ventures, build and formalize them, and acquire the know-how of their business model. e Camp provides three types of areas to encourage the knowledge-creation process. In the “Social” areas, co-workers share tacit knowledge and sensibilities. In the “Co-work” areas teams collaborate to re ne project strategies. In the “Focus” areas, individuals can re ect on their business experience and engage in speculation and contemplation of ideas. Each standard o ce oor has a Camp; oors 16 to 28 are standard o ce oors. ( e “d.space” Camp area, focused on digital transformation, is found only on the twenty- h oor.) CAMP: SOCIALCamp: Socialオープンな雰囲気で見通しが良く、人々が集い、偶然の出会いから共有・共感をはぐくむことを目的とした場。パートナーなどを気軽に招いたイベントや勉強会など、多様なコミュニケーションを行える。 e open, unobstructed space is designed to encourage people to gather and freely exchange ideas through chance encounters.
