Note boasts more than 60 million domestic monthly active users, and about 1,000 corporations are registered as users of the site. The blog will carry timely information about the ideas and technology for the “with-” and “after-COVID-19” era and serve as a window for collaboration with many different kinds of people.対面式感染対策給排気フードを開発Face-to-Face Use, Infectious-Disease-Control Air Supply and Exhaust Hood Developed 日建設計が病院設計の経験をもとに開発した、対面式感染対策給排気フードが、足利赤十字病院にテスト導入されました。このフードは、感染の疑われる患者の診察の際に、医療者を感染から守り、患者の飛沫による感染拡散を低減する役割を果たします。ビニルカーテンで囲われた対面式で、医療者側はHEPAフィルターのついたファンで清浄な空気の給気を行い、患者側はHEPAフィルターによって浄化した空気を室内に排気します。空気清浄度を局所的にコントロールすることで、患者の飛沫が医療者側に飛散するのを防ぐ構造になっています。既存の病院でも、新たに大規模な工事をせずに安全な診察スペースを確保することを可能にします。（製品化はダイキン工業グループの日本無機にて実施）The infectious-disease-control hood developed by Nikken Sekkei based on its experience in hospital design was introduced at the Japanese Red Cross Ashikaga Hospital in Ashikaga, Tochigi prefecture. The hood protects medical staff exam-ining patients and controls the spread of infectious droplets patients may emit. The hood provides a vinyl-curtain-enclosed space with a HEPA-filter affixed fan to purify the air entering the space, and exhausts the air on the patient side into the room after filtering through a HEPA-filter affixed fan. The structure serves to prevent spread of infection to medical professionals through the local control of air purity. The hood-equipped framework allows existing hospitals to secure safe examination spaces without undertaking large-scale renovations.
