R&D CenterPhotography｜Top and bottom left: 野田東徳［雁光舎］／Harunori Noda [Gankohsha］Bottom center and bottom right: 伊藤之一／Yukikazu Ito複数の研究分野を1つの建物に集約した研究施設です。分野ごとに分かれていたオフィス機能、ラボ機能をそれぞれ共有化し、分野の垣根を越えた創造的な環境を創出しました。敷地のアプローチ側を緑豊かなオープンスペースとして設え、天井に映る風景が建築とまちとをつなぐインターフェイスとなることで、地域と共生する施設を目指しました。Research from multiple fields comes together under one roof at this research facility. By turning offices and laboratories that were formerly split up according to field of study into shared spaces, we devel-oped a creativity-fostering environment that is not bound by the limits of special-ized areas of study.
