Photography｜Studio FF異なる機能の積層が相乗効果を生み出すワークプレイスA Workplace Where the Layering of Diverse Functions Generates SynergyゴアテックグローバルR&D本部（1期） Goertek Global R&D Headquarters ((Phase 1))音響技術を中心とした生産開発を行うゴアテックの本社オフィスです。管理・企画・研究・製造・営業など各部門を積層させ、コミュニケーションを誘発する吹き抜けやテラスによって他部門同士の相乗効果を生み出すことで、商品の構想から販売までを全社一体となってつくり上げる、創業当初から続く企業文化を体現しました。各階のボリュームをずらすことで生まれた多様な外部空間を通して、周辺に広がる山ろうざんの豊かな自然を存分に体感できます。This building is the head office of Goertek, a company that specializes in the develop-ment of acoustic technology. Terraces with integrated staircases serve to layer the vari-ous departments̶management, planning, research, manufacturing, sales, and other departments̶and promote interaction/communication, creating interdepartmental synergy. This embodies the corporate cul-ture that emphasizes unity in the company’s activity, from product conception to sales, which has been a tradition since the com- pany’s beginnings. The various exterior spaces created by staggering the volumes of each floor allow people to fully appreciate the natural beauty of Mt.
