渤ぼっかい海を望む山水庭園産業パークA Landscape-Garden Industrial Park with Views of the Bohai Sea大連新日本産業園区核心地区都市設計 Urban Design for Dalian New Japan Industrial Park Core District大連中心部から北に約40kmの渤海湾沿いに位置する、日本企業の誘致を目的とした産業パークのマスタープランです。オープンスペースのネットワークにより軌道交通駅とまちをつなぐ、駅まち一体のマスタープランを提案の軸としています。海に向かって開いていく都市構造、丘や農園への視線を確保した街路構成、建物と背後の丘が重層的に連続する都市景観など、敷地内の自然環境と応対する日本的な景観形成の手法を取り入れました。This is the master plan for an industrial park located along Bohai Bay, approximate-ly 40 kilometers north of central Dalian, that aims to attract Japanese companies. The proposal’s focal point is the integra-tion of the train station and town through an open space network.
