We aimed to design a social environ-ment that conveys the company’s message by encouraging human interaction through features such as a 300-meter-long gallery incorporating the context of the old freight yard, bright, greenery-filled streetscapes, and public spaces seamlessly connected to nearby public transit options.モスクワ初のターミナル駅であるリジスキー駅に隣接する、貨物ヤード跡地での鉄道会社の本社を含む大規模複合開発マスタープランです。貨物ヤードとしての文脈を継承した約300mのガレリア、光と緑にあふれるまち並み、近接する複数の公共交通とシームレスに接続する公共空間を創出しています。人々に交流の機会を提供することで、これからの鉄道会社としてのメッセージを伝える社会環境デザインを目指しました。182021 WINTER49Annual 2021 | WORKS
