Nikken Sekkei交差点の角地に立つテナントオフィスです。オフィスから直接出られる三角形の緑化テラスを縦に積み上げ、まちのランドマークをつくりました。軒天は杉板とし傾斜させることで開放感を高めています。皇居を望む共用の屋上テラスでは、ワーカーがリフレッシュやコミュニケーション、モバイルPC作業などを行えるようにしています。This multitenant office building is locat-ed on the corner of an intersection. The vertically stacked, triangular landscaped terraces, which can be accessed directly from the offices, are a landmark of the neighborhood. The underside of the terrac-es are lined with cedar paneling and slanted to enhance the sense of openness.
