太陽光発電設備Solar photovoltaic power generation facilities水電解装置Water electrolysis equipment水素貯蔵・供給設備Hydrogen storage and supply facilities管理棟（制御システム）Administration building (control system)受変電ユーティリティ設備Substation utility equipment未来へつながるマネジメントサービスFuture-linked Management Services福島水素エネルギー研究フィールド（FH2R）／中土佐町役場新庁舎 Fukushima Hydrogen Energy Research Field ((FH2R)) / Nakatosa Town Hall and Public Facilities日建設計コンストラクション・マネジメント（NCM）では、新たな業務サービスとして、脱炭素社会につながる「再生可能エネルギー」、事業者メリットを最大化する「やさしいBIM®」、変化に対応するワークプレイスと理想のワークスタイルの実現をサポートする「ワークスタイルソリューション」、環境計画を支援する「環境・スマートテクノロジー」の提供を開始しました。今回はそのうち、「再生可能エネルギー」と、「やさしいBIM®」に関するプロジェクトをご紹介いたします。Nikken Sekkei Construction Management (NCM) has begun offering new business services: Renewable Energy for moving toward a carbon neutral society; “YASASHII BIM,”® easy-to-use BIM models geared toward maximizing benefits for businesses; Work-Style Solutions, which help businesses create workplaces that respond to changes and implement their ideal work styles; and Environmental/Smart Technologies to support environmental planning. Here we introduce projects relating to two of these services: Renewable Energy and “YASASHII BIM.”®This national project̶a public-private partnership aimed at realizing a sustainable global community through green energy generation̶involves verification testing for hydrogen production using renewable ener-gy. In the construction of this manufactur-ing facility̶one of the largest in the world of its type̶NCM served as a management hub for multiple project stakeholders, local government bodies, and simultaneous development enterprises.
