2 BIMを活用した合意形成支援：次世代を見据えた防災施設群移転計画Facilitating Consensus Building Using BIM: A Farsighted Group Relocation Plan for Disaster Prevention中土佐町役場新庁舎 Nakatosa Town Hall and Public FacilitiesThis project, a precautionary measure in the event of a major Nankai Trough earthquake, focused on relocating a group of community facilities from a tsunami inundation zone 3.3 meters above sea level to a location 17 meters above sea level. The project, selected as a model by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, utilized various local government bidding methods. It mandated implemen-tation of BIM.
