The master plan for this project in Da Nang aims for comprehensive enhancement of the attraction of a residential area as a sub-urban development, incorporating a mixed-use tower district and an eco-leisure park that will attract tourism. Nikken Sekkei’s proposal includes diverse types of residential districts, including a low-carbon district, a bustling riverfront high-rise area, a neighborhood of detached homes by a creek, and a residential area for older adults that promotes intergenerational exchange.
