The plan combines a rainwater infiltration system, well-water utilization, and wastewater treat-ment and recycling equipment, allowing for the circulation of water within the facility to achieve a Zero Water Building (ZWB). The lattice of pipes cloaking the building forms a design evoking the water treatment equipment that symbolizes the Kurita Water Industries business.04水処理事業を展開する栗田工業の研究開発拠点です。社内外の多様な人々が集い、つながる、技術革新・社会変革の中心地（ハブ）になることを目指しました。雨水浸透、井水利用、排水処理再利用設備を組み合わせ、施設内に水を循環させることでZero Water Building（ZWB）を実現しうる計画となっています。建物の外装には配管を露出させることで栗田工業らしい水を纏ったデザインとしました。水を循環し、水を纏うCirculating Water, Surrounded by Water
