One Za'abeel Project

The One Za’abeel project is located right at the main access road from the airport to downtown Dubai. It is a mixed-use development with rental offices, a luxury and an ultra-luxury hotel, retail and entertainment facilities as well as residential apartments. The twin towers sit above a podium which is intersected by an existing elevated highway passing between the two volumes. An elevated sky bridge,“The Link” joins the towers together and spectacular cantilevers beyond the taller tower. The symbolic structure aligns with the surrounding buildings and at the same time expresses the aim for an elegant and iconic design.
