Application Requirements

1. At least three years of work experience in a similar post.
2. Available to work in Japan and abroad.
We welcome applications from first-class registered architects and engineers, as well as applicants proficient in English, Chinese, and other languages.

Working Hours

9:10-18:10 (flexible working hours and telecommuting available)

Holidays and Leave

Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, summer vacation, congratulations/condolence leave, annual paid vacation (up to 12 days, depending on the number of days of service in the first year, up to 22 days depending on the number of years thereafter), refreshment leave (14 consecutive days granted in the 10th, 20th and 30th year, respectively), etc.

Salary

Commensurate with experience, age, and company regulations Estimate of annual salary: Age 30, 7.5 million yen (including bonus)
