21樹齢３０年を超える長さ１２０ｍのケヤキ並木。A 120m avenue of linde with zelkova trees aged over 30 years.敷地は、風致地区内の象徴的な景観を持つ斜面林の中にあり、樹齢２００年を超える巨木に覆われている。周辺の緑と江戸川が繋がり、川面の風を呼び込む。The site is on a wooded slope that commands a symbolic view within the naturepreservation area. The slope is covered by large trees over 200 years old. Thesurrounding greenery is linked to that of the Edogawa river, drawing in river breezes.住宅に川風と森の冷気を呼び込むサンウッド市川真間グリーンヒルズ周辺の環境と景観を配慮して緑地を保全するため、建築面積を敷地の30％以下に抑え、建物高さを既存樹木の高さ20mに抑えた共同住宅です。環境の保全と良好な住環境を両立させるため、住棟を6棟に分散して配置し、詳細調査による既存樹木の根や枝との関係を見ながら住棟配置を微調整しました。保全した緑は、敷地周辺に残っている緑を通して江戸川まで繋がり、川面の自然の風を呼び込む役目も果たします。各住棟は、これまでの集合住宅の概念を超え、個々のプライバシーや独立性を重視した「集個」をコンセプトに、田の字型の平面を採用しています。共用廊下や階段と住戸間に隙間を設けることで、住戸の独立性を高めると同時に、内部共用廊下で外部の緑や風を感じられる空間ができました。調　和典The river breeze and the cool air of the forest aredrawn into the houseSunwood Ichikawa-Mama Green HillsIn this shared housing project, the building area is limited to30% of the site, to conserve the surrounding environment andscenery and its green space, and height is limited to 20m, theheight of the existing trees. The residential buildings are in the formof six dispersed blocks, as a way of reconciling environmentalconservation with a good living environment, and the buildinglayout was fine tuned with reference to a detailed survey of thepositions of branches and trunks of existing trees. The conservedgreenery is linked to the Edogawa river through other foliage remainingaround the site. This linkage also serves to draw in natural breezes fromthe river direction.Each residential block goes beyond previous concepts ofapartment complexes, using a four-square gridded plan that uses theconcept of "grouped but individual", emphasizing the privacy andindependence of each unit. Gaps are provided in common corridors andstairs, and between units, which serve to heighten the independence ofeach unit and make the internal shared corridors places to experienceoutside greenery and wind.
