Design methods for“green government buildings”have been incorporated in all parts.グリーン庁舎の手法を活用菰野町庁舎来庁者が末永く快適に利用できるよう、自然エネルギーの利用・維持管理のしやすさ・エコマテリアルの採用など、グリーン庁舎の設計手法を適用した町庁舎です。町民ロビーでは自然採光や自然換気など、自然エネルギーの活用を図り、各階の執務スペースではライトシェルフ・高遮熱・断熱複層ガラスを採用し、窓際の環境向上と熱負荷の低減を図りました。葛原定次Aiming for green government officesKomono Town HallKomono-cho government office employed green office designmethods, such as the use of natural energy, ease of maintenance and theuse of eco-materials, to ensure comfort for visitors through a long servicelife. Natural energy is widely used, as in the natural lighting and ventilationof the citizens’lobby. Light shelves and pair-glass windows with highlyinsulative and heat-blocking glass are used in the office areas of everyfloor, improving the environment near windows and reducing thermalloads. Sadatsugu Kuzuhara断面図。建築と環境設備を統合し、自然換気、シーリングファンによる気流感、床吹出し空調の３種類を組み合わせたハイブリッド空調システムを採用。Cross section, The building and its environmental equipment are integrated in a hybrid airconditioning system that uses natural ventilation and ceiling fans to give a feeling of airmovement and combines three types of floor-vented air conditioning.天井の「ロの字型」照明器具に設置したシーリングファン。Ceiling fans built into rectangular light fittings in the ceiling.ハイブリッド空調で省エネ図る堺ガスビル季節や１日の自然環境の移ろいに呼応しながら自然を受け入れ、機能性と快適性のクオリティを十分に確保しながら、積極的に省エネルギー・環境負荷低減を推進することを目指す、都市部に立地する環境調和型オフィスビルです。気候のよい中間期には、空調運転は自然換気のみで始まり、人や照明やＯＡ機器からの発熱によってオフィス内での室内温度が上昇してくると、シーリングファン、床吹出し空調を追加します。夕方になって室温が下がってくると、これらを順次停止する制御システムとしています。熱源設備と空調機を運転しない時間をできるだけ長くすることで、大幅な省エネルギーを実現しました。水出喜太郎Hybrid design and energy savingSakai Gas BuildingThis is an urban office building designed for harmony withthe natural environment, drawing it into the building in response toits changes through the day and across the seasons, with the aimof maximizing energy saving and load reduction while maintainingthe level of functionality and comfort. In intermediate seasons,when the climate is advantageous, air conditioning operationbegins with natural ventilation only, and as the interior temperatureis raised by the heat emissions of occupants, lighting and OAequipment, ceiling fans and floor-vented air conditioning areadded.
