빛, 바람, 사람이 오가는 보이드The VOID—where light, wind, and people flowThe atrium connects and unifies all the interior spaces and stands as the hallmark of the building, with the 36×36m VOID running through the center of the 90-meter CUBE. The void extends up 17 floors, from the 4th to the 20th floor. Designed to contrast with the building’s rigid steel-frame exterior, the atrium is bright, open, and expansive. The design team pursued the challenge of creating an uninterrupted atrium space, eliminating partitions between it and the surrounding interior spaces. Stepped communica- tion decks were incorporated to improve vertical circulation, foster informal interactions, and provide a visual connection to the activities within. This atrium space encompasses the sense of group unity and innovation.36내부 중앙부 전체를 관통하는 거대한 아트리움이 이 건물의 가장 큰 특징입니다. 90×90×90m 큐브 중앙에 36×36m 크기로 형성된 보이드 공간은 4층부터 20층까지 총 17개 층을 연결합니다.철골 아웃프레임만으로 구성한 강렬하면서도 심플한 파사드 디자인과는 반대로 내부는 자연광이 넘쳐 밝고 개방적이며 개성이 넘치는 따뜻한 공간을 추구합니다. 보이드와 커뮤니케이션 데크 공간 사이를 완벽한 열린 공간으로 만들고자 했습니다. 계단형으로 구성한 커뮤니케이션 데크는 HD현대 그룹 직원들이 한 지붕 아래에서 일하는 모습을 가시화하며, 위층과 아래층을 연결하는 동시에 각 그룹 간 다양한 교류가 가능한 곳입니다. 이 공간에서 직원들은 일체감을 느끼고, 새로운 혁신의 역사를 쓸 것입니다.
