The “Work-Live-Play” plan for this project was the perfect opportunity to demonstrate the company’s experience and expertise in joining together mixed-use campus and transit-oriented developments. Located opposite to the sub-urban railway station, the Fintech Centre is thoughtfully interwoven with large-format retail and residential developments, making it an ideal destination for the “walk-to-work and live-to-enjoy” concept. Built-up Area of Office Buildings 1 + 2A pedestrian bridge connects the station to the Centre and retail buildings and becomes a dedicated pedestrian route to the residential area as it passes through the social amenity core. This offers swift, safe, hassle-free access to workplaces, education sites, and entertainment venues. A sense of belonging is also fostered by promoting wellness and healthy living through sustainable technologies, environmentally friendly solutions, and the incorporation of the terrain’s natural undulating features into green zones, all of which minimise the impact on the ecosystem.
