Site AreaThe Waterfall Residence fuses architecture, landscape, and interior design into one seamless experience with a holistic design approach. The architecture and landscape were inspired by the gentle stream of falling water, where the interplay of glass and steel brings clarity and purity into sharp relief. Meanwhile, the towers’ design emulates the mountains with vertical articulations on the clubhouse façade that hint of silky threads of water. A stone texture and solid mass imitate the rocky terrain at a waterfall’s base. This project phase sets a new benchmark for Gurugram residential developments, as well as for future phases, while illustrating ‘Made in Japan’ design quality.Built-Up AreaNestled within the tall residential towers, the clubhouse is the design’s centrepiece. Its front displays a formal, yet welcoming style for the entrance lobby, while the backyard presents a more informal, relaxing Japanese garden ideal for strolling. The experience of water, stone, wood, and lush greenery, taken in its entirety, creates an inspiring visual appeal. A floating overarching canopy confers upon residents a sense of arrival and an enduring welcoming feel.Number of UnitsUnder ConstructionLocation:GurugramService (up to Schematic Design):Architectural DesignLandscape Design Interior DesignProgram:Premium ApartmentsClient:Krisumi CorporationPlanning Term:2015-201740MAIN TECHNICAL DATAKRISUMI CITY – PHASE 01 – WATERFALL RESIDENCE2 ha114,715 m2433
