It lies adjacent to a large public park and is strategically connected to railway and metro stations, as well as to a highway. The local airport also lies within easy reach. Designed in a stepped fashion that integrates the skyline with the park, the orientation of the residential towers allows the wind to flow freely from the park through to the apartments, the overall urban development, and the surroundings.
