(TREC)Co-architect Saudi Diyar Consultants (SDC)Location Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaTotal oor area 138,332m2 | Planned completion 2015サウジアラビア証券取引所（Tadawul）の本社ビルです。主な用途は、データセンターを含む本社機能、テナントオフィスです。リヤドの経済新都心KAFD（King Abdullah Financial District）の中心地であるフィナンシャルプラザに立地し、アイコニックで機能的なタワーを目指します。上層にあるタダウルフロアは、本社にふさわしく自然光にあふれたアトリウムを中央にもつオフィス、下層のテナントフロアは高効率のセンターコア型オフィスです。タワー外観は、底部の四角形が頂部の五角形へと徐々に変化するエレガントでダイナミックな彫刻的かつ機能的な形状となっています。また、LEEDゴールド認証の取得を予定しています。2012年9月に着工し、現場監理チームが現地に赴任して業務に取り組んでいます。現在、躯体が地上に上がり始めたところです。This home base of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) will house its data center and headquarters functions as well as rental offices. Designed for an iconic presence, it is located in the financial plaza that is the centerpiece of the King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh. The upper levels form the headquarter offices of Tadawul, surrounding a central atrium, while the lower tenant floors follow a highly efficient center-core layout. The tower geometry derives from morphing from the rectangular shape at the bottom to the pentagram shape at the top, achieving an elegant, dynamic sculptural but meaningful mass.The design is currently undergoing certification towards LEED GOLD rating.Construction began in September 2012 under the supervision of Nikken Sekkei’s サウジアラビア証券取引所 中東経済を担うアイコニックタワーTadawul Tower to House Saudi Stock Exchange Iconic Tower for the Economy of the Middle East onsite-based team.
