It consists, in addition to the test course, of two office buildings, two R&D structures, a motor power building, and other facilities. Nikken Group drew up the master plan and the basic plans for the individual buildings; we also undertook the integrated management of the project from assistance in liaison with government offices for acquiring the site to selection of the design-build contractor, study of the content of construction estimates, and Nikken Sekkei + NCMPhotography｜竹中（中国）建設工程 有限公司／Takenaka (China) Construction Co., Ltd. on-site technical supervision from design through construction.332013 Winter 17
