Business Consortium Construction drawings and supervisionShimizu & Taisei Kyobashi 3-1 Project Design Supervision Consortium (tentative name)Location Chuo-ku, TokyoTotal oor area 117,461m2銀座と日本橋を結ぶ京橋の新しいアイデンティティとして、環境をテーマにした都市再生特区による開発です。高層階のオフィスは大庇を積層させ、低層階はランダムな庇と大規模重層緑化空間「京橋の丘」を組み合わせました。その緑の中にロビーや店舗、カンファレンス機能、環境技術展示施設などを配置し、緑とゆとりの空間を創り出しました。Asserting a new identity in Kyobashi, between Tokyo’s Ginza and Nihonbashi districts, this building themed on the environment is part of a local urban renaissance. The design features the deep eaves of the upper floor offices, and for the lower floors, a combination of random eave outlines with large layers of landscaped space dubbed “Kyobashi Hill.” Arranged with ample space among the greenery are lobby areas, shops, conference facilities, environmental technology exhibition space, and so forth.Photography｜提供 清水建設・大成建設／Courtesy Shimizu Corporation and Taisei Corporation062013 Winter 17
