ラゾーナ川崎東芝ビル エコキューブ─新しいオフィスのかたちLazona Kawasaki Toshiba Building Eco-Cube: The Shape of New Officesエネルギーロスミニマム、コストコンシャスを考慮し、外壁面積最小化を図ったキューブ型建築です。平面では、メガプレートによる81mスクエアのワークプレイスを計画しました。ワークプレイス内には、「イノベーション・スクエア」と呼ぶ共用空間を設け、イノベーション・ボイド（吹き抜け）を介して内部空間を垂直方向にも連続させ、アクティビティを誘発させる空間構成としています。The cube shape of this building aims to restrict the amount of exterior surface in order to minimize energy losses and costs. The megaplate layout design makes possible 81-meter square workplaces.
