営業室やエントランスホールは創建当時の姿を保存。Business offices and entrance hall preserving the look of the original building.竣工時の鋼製サッシュを意匠は変えずにアルミサッシュに改修。ガラスは複層ガラスに更新。これにより建物の高断熱・高気密化を図る。The original iron window sashes were replaced with aluminium without changing the appearance of the design.
