ユニバーサルレイアウトに合わせた大部屋の執務空間。Large, open office-style spaces suited to universal layout.新たなワークスタイルに合わせた取り組み今回の改修では、ユニバーサルレイアウトを採用した内装改修、耐震性能の向上、環境配慮等をコンセプトとしました。具体的には、耐震ブレース等の採用による耐震性能の向上、設備スペースの工夫を行うことで貴重な執務空間を圧迫せずに実現した執務環境の向上、メンテナンスや設備機器の更新を容易にする工夫などを行っています。また、照明設備のLED化や、外壁のサッシュを創建当時の鋼製サッシュから複層ガラスのアルミサッシュに更新して高断熱・高気密化を図るなど、環境配慮への取り組みを積極的に行いました。Innovating to Suit New Work StylesThe recent repairs to the building were undertaken with various concepts in mind including interior refurbishment incorporating universal layout, enhancement of the building’s seismic strength, and environmentally friendly design and technology. Specifically it involved incorporating bracework, etc. to raise the building’s seismic performance, improving the office environment with special attention to prevent building equipment from infringing on precious office space, and devising ways to facilitate future maintenance and equipment renewal.
